Biography
William “Bill” Wray focuses his practice in commercial, construction, labor, and international law. He has more than 25 years of legal experience in construction and development, including construction contractor licensing and compliance, project contracting, project administration, employment and labor issues, and project claims and dispute resolution. In his construction practice, Bill has substantial experience with AIA, AGC, ConsensusDocs, FIDIC, and EPC form construction contracting and appropriate bespoke forms and specialty contracting. He has a comprehensive understanding of public works construction law, construction lien law, construction bonding law, and related systems, practices, and procedures.
Additionally, Bill has extensive experience in administrative law, commercial litigation, and alternate dispute resolution (ADR) and knowledge of U.S. local, state, and federal administrative, court and ADR systems, practices, and procedures.
