• Lead counsel for major university in the acquisition of a more than 50 year old CA based specialty college, including its campus and intellectual property.
• Lead counsel for a major university’s public private partnership (P3) project for construction, development, and operation of 5,000 units of on campus student housing.
• Lead co-counsel for a major university in the leasing and acquisition of an ownership interest in a large space for a California campus in a downtown Los Angeles property
• Lead counsel for ownership group in reacquisition of several restaurants and breweries
• Lead counsel for lease and ultimate purchase of sites for national health care facilities
• Lead counsel for leading ski resort operator in acquisition, disposition and development of ski resorts in Colorado, California, Nevada, Utah, and Vermont
• Lead counsel for acquisition, development and leasing of one million sq. ft. research and development park in Los Angeles, California
• Lead counsel for acquisition, entitlement and development of one million sq. ft. manufacturing and distribution facility in Utah
• Lead counsel for Utah Transit Authority on all real estate and land use matters for $185 million acquisition of Union Pacific facilities for 175-mile Wasatch Front Commuter Rail Project
• Lead counsel for acquisition and development of 20,000-seat amphitheater facility in Salt Lake City, Utah
• Lead counsel for large grocery retailer in sale of 600,000 sq. ft. mixed use office/retail project in Salt Lake City, and lease of 250,000 sq. ft. to large national bank
