Biography
Kelsey Hutchinson is a registered patent agent based in the San Diego office. As a Marine Corps officer, Kelsey specialized in radio frequency and satellite communications, and thereafter refined that technical expertise as a principal engineer with a major defense contractor. Kelsey is currently attending the University of San Diego School of Law (J.D. expected May 2024) and is not yet admitted to practice law in California.
