Biography

Kelvin is a civil litigator licensed to practice law in Florida, Texas, and Utah. He has broad litigation experience, having worked on cases involving breach of contract, negligence, professional malpractice, and constitutional law. Kelvin also has a deep knowledge of the judicial process because he served as a judicial law clerk to three different judges.

Kelvin is fluent in Spanish and is an approved court interpreter for the State of Utah. Kelvin also has a working knowledge of Portuguese.
